Sales Talent Opportunity: Drive FMCG Growth with Key Accounts
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail chains, supermarkets, and distributors.
• Identify and seize sales opportunities for product placement across various channels (supermarkets, retail, pharmacy chains, etc.).
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability.
• Track sales performance, market trends, and competitors to refine strategies.
• Meet monthly sales targets and collaborate with internal teams to optimize distribution and merchandising.
• Ensure product availability and address supply chain challenges promptly.
Scope:
• Manage major FMCG retail accounts (e.g., CMM, FP NTUC, DFI).
• Develop account-specific business plans and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Implement promotional campaigns and trade marketing strategies.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of FMCG key account management experience, with Modern Trade expertise.
• Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
• Strong sales data analysis, category management, and trade marketing proficiency.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.
• Independent, adaptable, and driven in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
