- Attend to external auditors and internal auditors and inspection for internal audit (central kitchen, retail outlets and supplier audit)

- Assist in lab test sampling collection and schedule

- Provide assistant in any ad hoc assignment if any

Job Requirements:

- Possess SFA food hygiene officer certificate level1,2,3) and FSMS.

- Educational Qualifications: NITEC Certificate (or equivalent) in Food Science-related fields with a focus on food safety.

- Well experienced in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Food Safety within the F&B or catering industry.

- Knowledge of Singapore’s food safety regulations and standards (HACCP, ISO, SFA guidelines).

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with food safety protocols.

- Good communication skills to educate and train team members on food safety practices.
