Job Description

• Recruit and deploy workers/ supervisors for existing and new sites
• Effective instruction and management of manpower on site to ensure delivery of daily operations
• Plan and schedule rosters based on available manpower
• Take charge and resolve operational ground issues when the needs arise
• Handle clients’ complaints and attend to emergency calls
• Fulfil clients’ expectations and requirements and ensure good customer relations
• Coaching and guiding direct reports on work-related issues
• Ensure a high standard of performance as per contract requirements
• Conduct inspections to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below-standard performance
• Any additional duties (including hands-on duties) as required

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma Holders
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in manpower management is preferred
• Able to accept 6 working days including Public Holidays and last-minute work assignments
• Fluency in written and verbal English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team

Job Scope:

• Provide support for regional marketing initiatives across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:-

• Carry out in-yard / out-yard, stuffing / un-stuffing and loading / unloading operations

Responsibilities

• Schedule job, set priorities, monitor job progress and tracking schedules, communicate changes on job status.
• Responsible for daily drivers’ and equipment planning and deployment
• Coordinate and interface with internal and external customers to ensure on time deliveries and collections
• Liaise with all departments / customers for all job execution
• Handle customers’ complaints, drivers’ feedback and problems.
• Ensure that all records in the Control Department are updated accurately.

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive professional to provide end-user support and assist in the troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems across both Mac and Windows operating systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting and resolving technical issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for all employees. You will also assist in maintaining hardware and software resources, offering exceptional customer support, and delivering solutions to both basic and complex IT issues.

Key Responsibilities

End-User Support:

• Provide technical support to internal users on both Mac and Windows OS devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network, and system configurations.
• Respond promptly to IT support tickets, offering timely resolutions or escalating issues to the appropriate teams as needed.

System Maintenance & Configuration:

• Perform operating system installations, software setups, and updates on Mac and Windows platforms.
• Configure, maintain, and upgrade end-user hardware and software, ensuring all devices are functioning optimally.
• Support the setup and configuration of email, network connectivity, and other IT systems.

Hardware & Software Support:

• Provide assistance with various hardware components (e.g., printers, scanners, monitors) and troubleshoot related issues across both Mac and Windows environments.
• Ensure regular software updates and patches are applied to both Mac and Windows systems to maintain security and performance.

User Account Management:

• Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts, permissions, and access on both Mac and Windows platforms.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring the proper provisioning and deprovisioning of systems, applications, and access rights.

Network & System Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues affecting both Mac and Windows devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN, Wi-Fi, and internal network access for remote and onsite employees.

Security & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security standards across both Mac and Windows OS platforms.
• Monitor and apply security patches, antivirus definitions, and system updates to protect against malware and cyber threats.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation for IT incidents, requests, and resolutions.
• Provide regular reports on recurring technical issues, user satisfaction, and system performance to the IT department.

Training & Support:

• Offer guidance and training to employees on the effective use of both Mac and Windows OS systems, applications, and tools.
• Create and update user guides, FAQs, and documentation to help users troubleshoot common issues independently.

Job Specifications:

Education: A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience providing helpdesk support in an IT environment, specifically supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems.

Technical Skills Required:

• Operating Systems: Proficiency in both Mac OS (macOS) and Windows OS environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Hardware Support: Experience in supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals for both Mac and Windows systems.
• Software Support: Proficient in common software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and other productivity tools, as well as Mac-specific applications like Safari, Mail, and iWork.
