Responsibilities:

• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and bank movements, general ledgers, and other financial accounts to ensure accurate reporting and identification of discrepancies.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• ERP and Financial Systems Management: Maintain and optimize financial systems for accurate reporting and process efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve the efficiency of financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• With 2-3 years working experience as accounting role
• Proficient in ERP System, advanced Excel skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage financial matters for a small office
• Coordinate financial affairs with the group companies
• Contact with suppliers in China
• Maintain the office and general administration of the company
• Assist CEO in administrative matters if required

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
• Degree holder or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
