• Monthly bank and accounts reconciliation.
• Handling staff claims.
• GST returns and ensure all transactions comply with IRAS’s regulations.
• Liaise with auditors and preparing audit schedules.
• Undertake instructions from Directors and Managers for the transactions & assignments given.
• Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely & accurate month end closing.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management

Responsibilities:

• Handle partial AP & AR.
• Recording financial transactions into accounting software.
• Process invoice and record invoice into system.
• Matching the transactions recorded in the accounting system to the bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in bank reconciliation.
• Assist in journal entries.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to accept 6 months contract. Possibility to convert into permanent staff depends on performance
• With basic accounting knowledge preferred
• A fast learner and able to cope with fast paced environment
• Attention to Detail
