Job Scope:

• Weekly AP Plan (forecast)
• Sellout Results conversion to actual in system
• rafting of New Customer Claim T&C Letter
• Process Credit Note and Re- invoice. (Cover only)
• Reports & Performance Tracking
• Monthly Balance Closing Reports (Sales by Account, Balance report, Actual Sales Deduction)
• Month-End Estimate Cost allocation (Calculation and uploading)
• Moving Plan (Sales Deduction Forecast)
• Promotion Reconciliation (Compiling and checking)
• Sales Incentive Results (Sellout, Non Sales KPI results)
• Yearly Trading Term (Accrual, Achievement Check in Q3 and Drafting of agreements)
• Half yearly Promotion Reconciliation for all customers (Compiling and checking)

Requirements:

• Has at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Min Diploma/Degree in Business & Finance
• Good communication skills
• Flair for numbers and skilled in advanced MS Excel functions
• Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand the customer base within the industry.
• Prospecting: Identify potential customers and leads through various channels such as online research, networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their security requirements and propose suitable CCTV solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and maintain a strong understanding of the company's CCTV product range.
• Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients to showcase the benefits of the CCTV solutions.
• Proposal Development: Prepare customized sales proposals that address the specific security needs of clients and highlight the value of the company's CCTV products.
• Price Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients while ensuring that the terms align with the company's objectives and profitability.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage customer loyalty and secure repeat business.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the CCTV market.
• Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, outlining progress, achievements, and potential areas for improvement
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns that support the sales efforts.
• After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure seamless installation and post-sales support for clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in IT engineering, or a related field is preferred. Technical qualifications in security systems or electronics are advantageous.
• Experience: Proven track record as a successful sales executive in the Physical security or IT industry, with a demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Industry Knowledge: knowledge of CCTV/ACS and Network technology, surveillance systems, and related security solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to clients and internal teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand clients' security needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Networking: A well-developed professional network within the security industry is beneficial.
• Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring the company's profitability.
• Customer-Centric: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Results-Driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Experience in the SaaS solution selling (CRM, cloud ACS/VMS) is big plus

Responsibilities

• Full sets of AP and AR processing
• Prepare monthly reports, journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliation
• Assist with the processing of payment invoices
• Ensure invoices, entries and reports are properly recorded and processed in accordance to regulations and policies.
• Input entries into SAP system
• Assist in any additional accounting administrative work
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
