2. Production Assistance:

• Support Central Kitchen operations in food production.

3. Pre-Cooking Preparation:

• Prepare pre-cooked food items for packaging and store them in the freezer.

4. Sauce Quantity Determination:

• Measure and prepare the correct quantities of various ingredients for sauces.

5. Inventory Monitoring:

• Monitor inventory levels and notify the Production Manager when stock levels are low.

6. Familiarization with Ingredients:

• Become acquainted with ingredients and accurately weigh finished products for all food production items.

7. Meat Preparation:

• Defrost and cut poultry and other meat items as needed.

8. Supply Anticipation:

• Anticipate the following day's supplies and prepare the necessary quantities of ingredients.

9. Hygiene Maintenance:

• Ensure the production area is kept clean and hygienic at all times.

10. Additional Duties:

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Production Manager.

Requirements:

• ** Applicable to Singaporeans only due to quota limitations
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or food processing education is a plus.
• Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with measuring ingredients and portion control.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food in a timely manner according to the standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Handle raw meats and vegetables as required.
• General kitchen tasks like grinding, cooking, mixing, packing, sealing, and stocktaking.
• Organize production based on schedule, manage the process, and solve any issues that arise during production.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum Diploma qualification.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the childcare centre (vacuum, mop floor, wash toilets, clean fans, etc)
• Any other cleaning job in the centre
• Prepare simple breakfast and tea break
• Managing lunch portions for the children
• Washing plates and other kitchen utensils (use dishwasher)

• Set key performance indicators, develops food production standards and standard operating procedures
• Responsible for quality assurance, production or quality issues and recommends solution
• Manage manpower, equipment, raw materials and ingredient resources to meet production objectives.
• Support product quality and food safety processes to ensure that end products meet specifications and regulatory standards.
• Review regular production performance reports
