Job Description:

1. Handle document management (filing, scanning, photocopying, and retrieval)
2. Sort and organize physical/digital files, receipts, and invoices
3. Pack/unpack and maintain archived documents
4. Assist with basic data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
5. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the accounts team.
6. Any other tasks, including general admin duties, as assigned by the Superior.

Requirement:

1. Minimum O-Level/NITEC qualification
2. Fresh graduates welcome to apply
3. Basic computer skills (MS Office)
4. Good organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Willing to learn and take initiative
6. Good command of English and proficiency in Mandarin are advantageous for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
7. Able to commence after Chinese New Year (February 3 or February 10, 2025)

Job Description:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure all transactions are properly record in the accounting systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers, journals and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate, identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Provide general adminstrative support to the finance team.
• Organize and maintain financial files and records, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of accounts payables/receivables & assets management, and general accounting procedures.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
