Operations Duties

• Terminal Cost Calculation: Calculate container/Cargo terminal costs based on operational requirements and relevant cost factors. Take responsibility for maintaining an accurate operational list, which includes capturing all chargeable units and those of partner slot units. This involves doublechecking data entry and verifying information to maintain data integrity.

• Institute agency fee recoveries against Ship Management for services rendered pertaining to crew change fees and expenses.

Job Description:

1.⁠ ⁠Formulate and execute social media strategies that are in line with the company's business goals.
2.⁠ ⁠Produce compelling content such as graphics & videos for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
3.⁠ ⁠Effectively manage and expand the company's social media presence, including the planning and execution of social media campaigns.
4.⁠ ⁠⁠Constantly up to date with trends, functionality and best practices on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other social media platforms.
5.⁠ ⁠⁠Identify and create collaborative partnerships with the right influencers within the community & develop and execute seasonal seeding plans
6.⁠ ⁠⁠Responsible for constant updates on Google My Business with best practices

Requirement:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Media or a related field
•⁠ ⁠Preferably with at least 3-5 year experience social media & influencer marketing or related fields
• Well knowledge in video editing such as CapCut & Premier Pro
• ⁠Have a good flair for videography, photography & copywriting
•⁠ ⁠Specialisation in Tik Tok & SEO/SEM will be a plus
•⁠ ⁠Seeking a meticulous individual who pays great attention to detail
•⁠ ⁠Familiar with the PHMC guidelines
•⁠ ⁠Implement best practices in Google My Business
