Scope of Works:

ICT Support

• Support HOD ICT in handling day-to-day ICT services.
• Support HOD ICT in ICT Project implementation, vendors’ management and contracts management for MOE and school initiated projects.

• Manage the update and design of School website (IsomerCMS/WordPress/Swiiit).

• Conduct Just-In-Time (JIT) ICT Training / Workshop for staff, as required with the School’s needs.

• Conceptualise and prepare training materials (of relevance to the Training / Workshop) for staff.
• Create multimedia content/ modules for ICT lessons based on HOD ICT instructions.
• Infuse Digital Literacy in the design of the Teaching & Learning Curriculumn for students.
• Organize multimedia contents for ICT lessons based on MOE ICT Standards
• Assist the HOD ICT in sourcing and liasing with ICT vendors/contractors for ICT Equipment and Services based on the School’s requirements, relative to ICT support and training.

• Scan and implement new technology tools that support teaching and learning.

Requirments:

• At least 1 year experience as ICT Executive, preferably in a Singapore Primary School environment.

• As a Web Master, able to edit images, articles and updating School Website using WordPress or equivalent CMS (Content Management Service).

• Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying opportunities for optimizing resource allocation.

Requirements

• Diploma with relevant experience in support, budget management, or related fields
• Effectively bilingual and comfortable in written/spoken English and Chinese
• Proven ability to actively and effectively manage tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong aptitude for analyzing data to inform decision-making processes.
• Capacity to devise innovative solutions to operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficient in identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Capability to make timely, informed decisions.

Job Scope

• Assist in developing and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Prepare employment contracts and handle onboarding for new employees.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration:
• Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage employee benefits, including leave, insurance, and other welfare schemes.
• Coordinate and schedule employee training programs, including internal and external sessions.
• Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation of completed courses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
• Prepare HR-related reports such as headcount, turnover, and leave reports.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.
• Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal exercises and processes.
• Assist in the formulation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure that company policies comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and ensure consistent application across the organization.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant discipline
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in HR role
