SingHealth, Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster, is seeking an Associate Executive for our Patient Management Information Services team. In this role, you will be crucial in enhancing the quality of patient information data across SingHealth institutions.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, your key responsibilities will include assisting in data analysis of potential patient master duplicates, making merge decisions, and performing system mergers of patient master duplicates. You will also manage and resolve any data discrepancies or issues that arise during the merge process, as well as coordinate cross-institution data merges.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant working experience; or Higher NITEC/ NITEC/ GCE A/ O/ N Level with at least 8 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Team player who is meticulous, analytical, proactive and enjoys problem-solving
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Job responsibilities :

• develop and execute go-to-market strategies and spearhead the launch and promotion of our world’s first optical imaging device and SaaS designed for gemstone assessment
• conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
• create content and leverage digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM and SMM to enhance our online visibility and brand image
• work closely with cross-functional teams from product development, UI/UX design, sales and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
• collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing materials such as product application sheets, user manuals and video demo content
• build and maintain public relationships with industry experts and publications to enhance the company’s brand visibility

Qualifications and skills :

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Science or Engineering
• minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing of optical/electronics/medical/industrial products or AI-powered solutions
• exceptional writing and editorial skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible and engaging marketing content for target audiences
• familiarity in SEO, SEM and SMM digital marketing strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of eLearning instructional materials, including storyboards and learning activities.
• Design and develop eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Create multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, and videos, to enhance learning experiences.
• Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting for online learning content and TLMS.
• Work with IT vendors to investigate and resolve user-reported issues when required.
• Document and track issues using an issue log system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Maintain housekeeping documentation such as issue logs, user guides, and procurement documents.
• Provide support for other IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
• Proficient in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Familiar with training and/or learning management systems. Knowledge of Wizlearn Technologies’ TLMS is a plus but not mandatory.
• Possess a strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to online course delivery and provide technical support to learners.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end to end recruitment cycle – hunt for prospective talents, manage job postings, arrange and conduct interviews, negotiate hiring offers, conduct orientations and on/off board team members.
• Act as a first point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
• Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth organizational transition and integration into the company culture.

Employee Relations

• Develop and implement employee engagement activities.
• Manage and address employees’ work-related queries.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Training and Development

• Identify training requirements and help organize relevant training programs and workshops.
• Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation of completed courses.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Labor Laws and HR Best Practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
• 3 to 5 years of expertise in recruitment, training and development processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
