Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Digital Marketing Executive who can create impactful campaigns, drive measurable results, and contribute to our brand's growth in the finance sector. While direct experience in all areas is not mandatory, a proactive approach to learning and applying new skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

• Write high-quality, persuasive copy for email campaigns, blog posts, social media, and advertisements tailored to the finance audience.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and key messaging while incorporating SEO best practices.

Campaign Management:

• Assist in planning and executing campaigns across platforms like YouTube, email, and social media.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience and Skills:
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and effective content.
• Basic understanding of digital platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube (training will be provided if needed).
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and use tools like Google Analytics and YouTube Analytics.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Guest Relations Executive (F&B) is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests within the food and beverage outlets, ensuring their needs and preferences are met. You will play a key role in maintaining the guest experience, from greeting upon arrival to ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your role is to deliver personalized service, foster positive relationships, and address guest inquiries, all while promoting a high standard of service excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Greet all guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner as they enter the food and beverage outlets.
• Escort guests to their tables, offering menu recommendations based on their preferences and ensuring a personalized experience.
• Address guests’ needs, special requests, or concerns quickly and effectively to ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Make recommendations for food and beverages, answering all questions regarding the menu, ingredients, and preparation.
• Monitor guests’ satisfaction during their meal and provide immediate solutions to any issues or concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of menu items, including the ability to explain dishes and wine pairings.
• Recognize repeat guests and take note of their preferences to create a personalized service experience.
• Ensure guests feel welcomed and valued, consistently going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with the F&B team, including servers, chefs, and management, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Handle guest complaints and concerns with a calm and professional demeanor, providing prompt and efficient solutions.
• Take immediate action to resolve any dissatisfaction and ensure the guest leaves with a positive experience.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages such as French is a plus.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to engage guests and meet their specific needs.
• Able to handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in ensuring guests’ preferences and special requests are properly noted and followed.
• Strong ability to collaborate with all levels of the F&B team, from kitchen staff to management, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly within food and beverage service, with a focus on guest relations.
• Understanding of the menu offerings, including wine and food pairings, and the ability to communicate this knowledge confidently to guests.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment while ensuring top-notch guest service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry.
  

As a key member of the IT Team, the candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing infrastructure systems across multiple locations, locally and overseas.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
• Ensure systems are backed up automatically, recovery plans and disaster recoveryplans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems’ resources usage closely.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
• Draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides.
• Provide technical support to both Local and Overseas branches’ users over the LAN and WAN without compromising security.
• Source for products/solutions and vendors/suppliers for required projects.
• Provide L1/L2 support and participate as a team lead or member in projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, OR/AND Certification in CCNA
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization implementation and support
• Skilled in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and later, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services
• Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy and Firewall
• Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX,FortiGate Devices, Cisco and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
• Strong knowledge of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; familiarity with PDPA is highly preferred
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is an added advantage
• Experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is an added advantage
