Responsibilities

Overall Responsibilities

• Handling and Managing Customer accounts + Planning Delivery Scheduling.
• Replying to customers’ inquiries.
• Daily monitoring of shipment schedule to customers.
• Follow up on the production following up on shipment status to customer.

The Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST), serves as a community outreach for people with or who are at risk of mental health conditions including dementia and their caregivers.
