Summary/Key point of the roles:
You will be supporting the sales team on the daily operation, responsible for generating regular and ad-hoc reports, managing sales orders, coordinating with other departments/3rd party logistic partners/customers, and providing general administrative support to the sales team.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent Excel skills, a positive work attitude, and a keen attention to detail. You should be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Description
โข Provide comprehensive administrative & general support for the sales team.
โข Assist and coordinate the scheduling of deliveries, checking stock inventory, arranging product sample/ staff purchase orders.
โข Generate regular/ad hoc reports using excel.
โข Handle customers order processing & sales order creation in SAP.
โข Coordinate with the other department and external customer or vendors on sales related issues
โข Other adhoc duties by the immediate superior/management.
Job Requirements:
โข Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related fields
โข At least 2 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience
โข Proficient in Microsoft Office, and excellent in Excel.
โข Positive work attitude, offering assistance, making proactive suggestions for improvements
โข Timeline sensitive, completing all tasks within timelines, following up relentlessly until completion
โข Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
