Job Description:

Account Management

• Serve as the event/marketing support team for all current clientele and its active projects.
• Project manage and ensure the timely, successful, and profitable delivery of our client’s creative solutions according to their business needs and objectives
• Be part of supporting the client's campaign and an informed expert on the products and solutions.
• Contribute effectively in any incoming brief/project discovery phase - discover and identify the client's business pain points, SWOT, and landscape.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to identify new ideas and be an effective team member for the ongoing ideation of new business and creative solutions
• Forecast, prepare, and track key account management metrics in the company's CRM platform to ensure the account timeliness of billing.

Job Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of work experience, ideally with 1+ years’ experience focused in B2B marketing, especially IT industry

Invoicing:

• Monitor vessels’ drydocking and repair activities in the yard.
• Discuss technical and commercial aspects with Owners’ Representatives, negotiate and finalize variation orders, and manage invoicing.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Marine, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or relevant training in a reputable shipyard or offshore industry.
• Assertive and courteous personality, with strong organizational and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Technical expertise and prior experience in a similar role within the shipping or offshore industry, or sea-going experience.
