• Conduct general office administrative tasks, such as managing documentation, filing, record maintenance, and inventory of office supplies.
• Assist with basic HR functions, including maintaining leave records and tracking employee attendance. Maintain and update employees’ personal data files.
• Apply for work permits and manage matters related to the Ministry of Manpower.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.

• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in HRM or Business Administration/Studies
• Minimum 5 years of relevant human resource experience

Responsibilities

• Proactively liaise with department managers on their resource requirements
• Prepare and post recruitment advertisement
• The administrative work of recruitment activities which include but not limited to printing of resumes; arranging and preparing of interviews, creating and maintaining the resume data-base, etc
• Posting of job advertisements at various job portals
• Provide support in the processing and full administration of work pass applications and coordinating and accommodation arrangement if any.
• Compile all documents according to new hire check list
• Conduct screening, interviewing and selection assessments
• Provide timely feedback on sourcing status and proactively provide recommendations to resolve barriers and challenges encountered
• Involve in various recruitment activities
• Ah-hoc projects and any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant human resource experience
• Meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-task
• Good problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
• Staffing experience in construction industry
