• Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and legislations.
• Responsible for submission of statutory returns and claims eg. NS make-up claim, paid childcare and etc.
• Liaise with government or external agencies on HR issues.
• Handle employees’ queries, grievances and discipinary issues.
• Manage business related licences and insurance.
• Prepare HR reports to management.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Management to support the business.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource & Administration or equivalent.
• Prior HR experience and experience in management of foreign workers is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Market Making Specialists in the team, the Operations Executive will support day-to-day trading operations to ensure the smooth execution and settlement of trades across various products and several exchanges. Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
