Overall Function

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of AutoCount Inventory and AutoCount Accounting software is a plus
• Resourceful, dynamic, and a self-starter
• Working location in Kaki Bukit area

· 2-3 years of experience.

· Process Orders and Generate Invoices, prepare packing list.

· Co-ordinating with Sales and Stores for delivery arrangement

· Co-ordinate sales and payments with Customers

· Liaison with Shipping companies and documentation

· Shipping experience will be an advantage

· General administrative support

· Related ad-hoc duties as assigned

· Salary commensurate with Qualifications and experience.

· Able to start work immediately
