Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Assist with processing and organizing vendor invoices.
• Help track and maintain records of payments due.
• Support the preparation of payment batches for approval.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Assist in preparing and sending customer invoices.
• Record and track incoming payments, ensuring they are applied to the correct accounts.
• Help monitor outstanding accounts and assist with follow-up on overdue payments.
• Provide basic support for collections as needed.

General Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for AP/AR records.
• Assist with daily reconciliation of accounts.
• Provide basic support for month-end closing activities.
• Help with the preparation of basic financial reports or statements.

The role is able to convert to full-time depending on the performance.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm

Salary: $12/H

Responsibilities

• Responsible in gallery sales
• Efficient handling of clients' enquiries
• Providing good customer service
• Proactively maintaining good relationships management with new and existing clients
• Assist sales team in maximising sales and marketing revenues
• Manage the sales process from generated leads/gallery sales to closure and completion of works
• Coordinating with operation team to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders
• Work closely with other departments to ensure strategy alignment to achieve company objectives
• Keep updated to market trends and change in customers' demand
• Absolutely no cold calling is required

Requirements

• Display high level of interest and enthusiasm towards the product offerings
• Independent, confident and self-motivated with good sales and servicing aptitude
• Self-disciplined to complete tasks assigned within deadlines
• Results-oriented with a customer service mindset along with excellent client relationship-building skills
• Strong numerical sense and analytical mind would be an advantage
• A good team player and able to work well in fast-paced environment
• Candidates with good experience will be considered for higher (senior) position. Remuneration will be reviewed accordingly.
