We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Singapore.

In the sales process, the Account Executive acts as a strategic advisor for customers and prospects, using consultative and value-based and outcome based selling techniques and interacting with C level executives in the process. The Account Executive will need to effectively leverage internal and external stakeholders to successfully generate qualified opportunities, win new business and expand Software AG’s footprint in existing customers, establishing a long-term close partnership.

Essential functions:

• Utilizing your extensive sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our transformative solutions, focusing on Business Process Automation (BPA), Process Mining, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
• Identifying and engaging potential clients within the territory, showcasing the value proposition and addressing their specific business challenges.
• Leveraging your knowledge of methodologies and frameworks such as PDCA, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, ERM/COSO, Value Chain (Porter), and Business Model Canvas to tailor solutions to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business process management, risk & compliance management, and enterprise architecture management needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and methods related to business process analysis & modelling, process mining, internal control & audit to aid you in negotiation with clients.
• Navigating the BPM ecosystem, including ERP, Low code, ITSM/CMDB, Hybrid integration/iPaaS, API management, and Analytics and others as required.
• Managing the entire sales cycle,from hunting and prospecting to pipeline generation, opportunity management, and successful deal closing.
• Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities to the sales leadership team.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of successful SAS or Consultancy sales experience and background in process consulting or enterprise software sales.
• A background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related field might be preferred
• Experience in a “New Business Hunter” role in a related field or industry.
• You should possess a specialized understanding of the different lines of business within the banking, public sector, or oil and gas verticals.
• Ability to speak and write fluent English.

Nice to Haves:

• 6+ years’ experience with value-based proposition SaaS sales.
• A well-connected network of c-level executives where your relationship could be advantageous.

Job Description

a) General

1. Maintain and update Crewing Calendar factoring projects and in-house needs and crew leave.
2. Support and provide information on Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) entitlement for in-house crew on a monthly basis.
3. Maintain an updated crew database for both in-house and freelancers with positions, grades, job scale, and performance, rate of professional fees, responsiveness, reliability, skills and technical competencies.
4. Any other ad-hoc crewing responsibilities.

b) Project-Related

1. Obtain relevant project information from Sales Department for crewing needs including details such as location of project, crew positions, duration of project, crew rate, and any other additional requirements.
2. Consult project technical manager to identify the crew requirement and skill sets required for each project.
3. Roster project with in-house and freelance crew.
4. For freelancers - Negotiate fees, manage contracts and other documents, and outline expectations and company policies.
5. Arrange and/or coordinate crew logistics including preparation of per diems, visa application, flight, accommodation, transportation, and meals.
6. Plan for crew contingencies for unexpected situations that may jeopardize projects.
7. Supper project crew by playing an active role in all communications related to crew (logistics and crew welfare).
8. Provide replacement crew if a crew member becomes unavailable due to sickness, flight cancellations, etc.
9. Assist in all project closeout activities including evaluation of project performance (from crew perspective), archival of projects, and preparation of close out reports.
10. Incorporate crew performance evaluation reports into crew database.
11. Tabulate and analyse project crew financials (freelancer fees, logistics, Per Diems, etc.) report to Crewing Manager cost over-runs or irregularities.
12. Verify invoices received from freelancers for billing.
13. Assist in reimbursements for projects for in-house crew members.

Job Responsibilities

Supervision and Team Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Provide guidance, support, and supervision to accounting staff.
• Leading and motivating the accounting team in order to achieve the set OKR and KPI

Financial Reporting:

Compliance and Regulations:

• Stay updated on accounting regulations and ensure the company stays compliant..

Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement and increase efficiency in accounting processes.
• Implement best practices to streamline accounting procedures.
• Participate in system upgrades or implementations.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Accounting qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting job, ability to maintain full set of accounts will be an advantage.
