Job Scope

· Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment inquiries, order status, and

delivery timelines.

· Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a professional and timely manner.

· Monitor and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including order entry, tracking, invoicing

and confirmation.

· Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and within the expected timeline.

· Work closely with warehouse, transportation, and 3PL to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

· Communicate with carriers and freight providers to resolve any issues related to shipments, such as delays

or damages.

· Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance papers when required.

· Generate regular reports on delivery performance, customer feedback, and operations efficiency.

· Identify potential bottleneck in the supply chain and propose corrective actions.

· Escalate critical issues to appropriate departments or management when necessary.

· Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and logistics processes.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Ensure that all transactions are well documented

· Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable.

· Ensure accurate and timely processing of Goods Return Note.

· Coordinate local cheque bank-in and daily update of incoming funds to the NAV system. To ensure timely updating of customer accounts.

· Monitor and follow-up with customers on overdue account and arrange for debts collection.

· Reconcile Customer Collection with Bank Ledger.

· Responsible on monitoring monthly /weekly Debtors aging.

· Mailing of Statement of Accounts to customers and respond to their inquiries.

· Prepare Accounts Receivable monthly cash flow forecast.

· Preparation of Journal entries for accruals & other adjustment.

· Preparation of monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.

· Liaising with internal and external auditors.

· Looking into strengthening current and process improvement

Requirement:

· Diploma/Degree in Accounting

· At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance.

The Vertica Senior Account Executive is an experienced software sales athlete responsible for delivering license software sales with large existing customers. The primary opportunity is upselling and cross-selling into existing customer whitespace and focusing on new customer acquisition.This incumbent will build strong relationships by networking within the account base and leverage the broader team to identify contacts and sales opportunities. • Typically minimum 3-4 years of software sales experience.

• Basic understanding of sales CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

About the role
We are seeking a Temporary Executive (Communications) to join the National Institute of Early Childhood Development (NIEC) in the West Region on a 6-month contract. The individual will be supporting the team mainly in the areas of content creation, collaterals and branding.
