Job Description

• Responsible for all Accounts Payable Functions. Ensure accurate posting of supplier invoices, reconcilliation of payable and generate payment vouchers.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable Functions. Ensure accurate posting and reconcilliation of receivables for revenue from online & dine-in.
• Assist in bank reconcilliation, receivables, payments, cash in hand, accruals, and prepayments.
• Assist in preparing monthly and yearly management Profit & Loss reports and meeting slides.
• Assist the Finance Manager in analyzing performance through management P&L reviews and cost management initiatives.
• Write and maintain minutes for management P&L meetings.
• Assist with bank credit facilities applications (trade facilities, overdrafts, and business term loans).
• Liaise with external auditors on year-end audits and statutory report preparation.

Account & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain productive, long-term relationships with key customers across modern and traditional trade channels as required.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams( supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution of business plans and promotional activities.
• Act as the link between customers and Principal/internal teams, facilitating communication and addressing any operational or commercial issues.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze sales data, customer performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights to both customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in FMCG account management, with strong knowledge of modern and traditional trade channels.
• Experience managing accounts such as NTUC, Sheng Siong, or DFI is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in end-to-end account management, including commercial and operational aspects.

Responsibilities :

• To ensure daily smooth operations for warehouse and diesel and resolve any arising issue
• To manage overall diesel inventory, such as trucks and stations etc, weekly/ad-hoc ordering for adblue and diesel and ensure availability at all times
• To liaise with buyer/supplier/project sites for diesel operations issues, including diesel supply
• To liaise with SCDF and related parties for inspection and licensing matters and ensure diesel license are up-to-date and renewed promptly
