Job Description:

1.Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to drive online revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

2.Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including website management, product listings, pricing, and promotions.

3.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and implement actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer retention.

4.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive traffic and sales.

5.Work closely with office and warehouse operation, courier to ensure timely shipments & inventory management and review the fulfilment / delivery options at all times.

6. Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

1.Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree with at least 1 year work experience in handling sales/marketing for E-commerce platform, such as Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok.

2.We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to communicate with company shareholders.

3.Good team player who can work independently, self-driven and result oriented.

4.Motivated and adaptable, with the ability to embrace change quickly

5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and ability to liaise with people

6. Online marketing experience will be priortized.

Expected salary starting from $2300, based on education qualification and experience.

Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced digital marketing executive to join us! You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our websites strengthening our digital presence locally. This role requires you to implement effective, results-driven SEO, SEM and social media strategies to optimize our online visibility and outreach, establish strong and competitive web presence across search engines and paid channels, manage edm marketing, and achieve effective goal conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO/ SEM strategies that align with the business and brand’s goals, ensuring improved website rankings and higher visibility in organic search results.
• Conduct digital media forecast, planning, and execution for Google Ads and social media ads and bid management and budget optimization for maximum ROI.
• Oversee the health of our digital assets and collaborate with developers to identify and fix any technical issues and ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
• Manage lead generation and email marketing campaigns, which include optimize landing pages to drive conversions and improve the user experience.
• Work with our designer in updating websites, price list and other marketing materials.
• Updating of our social media pages.
• Stay on top of the latest digital trends and algorithm updates to ensure our websites and social media activities remain compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

• Experienced in similar SEO/SEM role with a strong track record of managing PPC budgets, improving rankings and driving paid search campaigns.
• Proficient with hands-on implementation experience with SEO/ SEM consoles and third-party tools, such as GA4, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz.
• Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing, programmatic advertising and display networks, and relevant data analytics.
• Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and best practices in web and mobile SEO.
• Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, wordpress backend for SEO purposes would be a bonus.
• Ability to work independently and as a pro-active team member, have a data-driven mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
