• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role. Experience in the media, advertising, or video production industry is a plus.

Office Administration

• Manage and maintain data for fixed assets and machinery
• Oversee drivers and riders, including safety inductions and counselling high-risk drivers.
• Vehicles management:

i) Maintain and update company vehicle records/listing, vehicle insurance, repairs, claim, accident reporting and follow ups.

ii) Verify vehicle fuel consumption (diesel and petrol).

iii) Vehicle cash card top ups.

• Perform corporate administration tasks for the office.
• Support to corporate functions such as event planning (internal and external) and branding initiatives.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Facilities Management

• Prepare facility reports and review maintenance contracts.
• Manage and maintain company assets, including property, equipment, motor vehicles, inventories, furniture, and fittings.
• Oversee dormitory tenancy renewals, new contracts and handovers, address defects, supervising tenant activities, and enforcing lease terms.
• Maintain dormitory records, track repairs, and manage vendor contracts.
• Liaise with dormitory providers and conduct routine checks on worker housing environments.
• Manage inventory for pantry supplies, electrical consumables, and furniture.
• Perform periodic inspections of the office and store to ensure maintenance standards are upheld.
• Conduct regular checks on office equipment, furniture, and electrical appliances to ensure they are in good condition.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for projects and maintenance works.
• Ensure repair specifications meet required standards and obtain necessary approvals.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Building Facilities Management or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in, office administration, facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions.
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.
• Must be a well-organized, detailed and oriented self-starter.
