• Perform manual and ad hoc adjustments to the GL and Fixed Asset capitalization as instructed by the accountant.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors, internal teams, and banking institutions, identifying anomalies and seeking approval for adjustments.
• Manually compile costing data in case of machine breakdowns in the costing process.
• Prepare the audit schedule and assist with audit information gathering.
• Assist with management and auditor reporting by compiling relevant data.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in accounting, business administration, or an equivalent field.
• Understanding of basic principles of AP, AR, and General Ledger (GL).
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP system (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective stakeholder management skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.

Role Description of Accounts Executive:

• Generate and issue sales invoices on a daily basis.
• Maintain a daily log for invoices and payments.
• Update daily records for sales and purchases, covering Physical, Paper, and Opex transactions, and perform monthly reconciliations.
