Key Responsibilities

We are seeking to invite an Accounts Executive with experience in AP accounting and bank reconciliation expertise to consider a role in the West of Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Update invoices received in the Accounts Payable register.
• Circulate invoices to production and subcontracting teams for verification and approval.
• Liaise with procurement or purchasing requestors regarding discrepancies or issues.
• Evaluate all details on invoices for accuracy and completeness, and perform invoice matching tasks.
• Process payments for approved invoices.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations for creditors, banks, and RNV reports.
