Playing a huge role in operations

The site’s daily operations will be at the heart of your role. You’ll work hand in hand with site managers to deliver only the best property management services. The Role

• Assist with all operational activities relating to facilities and maintenance for all company’s properties (Commercial, Industrial, and Residential)
• Manage minor A&A works M&E/facility-related repair and replacement works
• Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment such as HVAC, fire protection system, plumbing, lighting, generator, etc.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment
• Assist with the management of security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers, and others
• Manage the company’s property portfolio
• Perform any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Building, Estate Management, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance
• Experience in performing simple jobs and perform basic electrical hands-on works
• Able to interpret electrical diagrams
• Team player, results-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
• Possess good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
