In this exciting expansion phase, we are looking for an experienced Chef who can step up to the plate of being our Executive Chef to spearhead operations;

Roles & Responsibilities;

· Setting up new structure for day-to-day kitchen operation

· Design menus that enhance customers’ culinary experience, implement, and maintain menus. Your menus will set the tone for the restaurant.

· Ensures food meets quality and safety standards

· Identify and introduce new culinary techniques to the team

· Planning and directing culinary programs such as corporate meetings, conferences, banquets, receptions.

· Sourcing for suppliers and ensuring consistency in food quality and freshness in accordance with the restaurant’s standard operating procedures and food safety and hygiene standards.

· Providing expert advice for kitchen layout and maintenance schedule

· Maintain adequate pantry inventory and track expenses

· Recruit and manage kitchen staff

· Demonstrate exemplary customer service

· Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by the Management

Requirements

· At least 5 years of working experience in a leading Chef role

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any fields. Business Management or Culinary related Degree will be a plus

· Specialized cuisine certificates a plus

· Knowledge of MS office to generate inventory reports and propose culinary projects to stakeholders

· Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings, and other cooking techniques

· Obtained Food hygiene certificate

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent leadership skills

· Knowledge in menu planning and food costing

· Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment

· Willing to work on weekends and shift rotation

Job Description & Requirements

Your duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Collating and administering jobs manifests from Clients.
• Planning, sorting and goods assignment.
• Optimise resources and cost according to management guideline.
• Liaising with and scheduling delivery personnel for jobs assignments.
• Supervising and working with sorting team
• Assisting the team in troubleshooting collection/delivery issues which may arise.
• Assist in the work scheduling/rostering of delivery personnel, including management of daily working shifts patterns and overtime.
• Assist in the oversight and management of the warehouse operations and its inventory
• Manage vehicle fleet (oversee maintenance, repair and admin)
• Ensuring that all the documentation and records for the goods are in order.
• Assist in or supporting the recruitment/training process of delivery personnel if required
• Ensuring delivery personnel adhere to all required SOPs, rules, and regulations.
• Assisting in Client/Customer engagement if necessary.
• Assist in performing deliveries if required on occasions of shortage in delivery personnel.
• Any other operational and administrative scope of works which may arise.

Requirments:

• Basic computer skills.
• Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Class 2 or 3 Driving Licence.
• Able to think clearly and handle pressure.
• Familiar with Singapore roads.
• Able to perform shift work; 12 noon to 9 pm or 7:30 am to 5 pm. 5/5.5 day week.
• Relevant experience in a similar capacity preferred although not compulsory.

• Create phishing simulation campaigns to assess and educate employees.
• Review the effectiveness of phishing simulations to identify areas for improvement.

• Document the technology used for each system, including Active Directory (AD) synchronization, ingress and egress points, and interface types; classifying data for each ingress/egress interface, ensuring proper categorization and protection measures.

• Diploma in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in security awareness and risk management.
• Understanding of phishing techniques, cybersecurity principles, and compliance standards.
• Understanding of risk assessment tools, security monitoring, and reporting.
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Able to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
• Able to create infographics and other visual materials.
