13. Full spectrum of talent acquisition processes including hiring candidates, ensure recruitments documents are in order, job posting, screening of CVs, interview arrangements.

14. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, IR21 and clearance;

• Achieve monthly & yearly sales target
• Develop the department’s allocated channel business (Café, Restaurants, Lower Trade)

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating crew changes in compliance with the Seafarers’ Employment Agreement and directives from the Crewing Superintendent.
• Ensuring Seafarers meet training, STCW, and Flag State requirements.
• Reporting changes in Seafarers’ employment status to the crew wages department.
• Participating in crew planning, promotion, and career development.
• Engaging in recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of ship or shore experience in shipping or ship management.
• Min ITE/diploma in maritime studies, human resources, or related field
• Proficiency in ShipNet, PAL, ShipMate would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Industry Regulations including SCTW/MLC/ISM/IMO/TMSA would be highly advantageous.

• Organise and conduct regular credit & AR review meetings with BUs / sales departments to close out all delinquent accounts.
• Follow up and communicate with customers.
• Review and process new customer account applications.
• Maintain and update particulars and credit limits of customer accounts in SAP.
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP and communicate with sales department to address overdue issues.
• Disseminate or circulate invoices, statements of accounts, reminder and confirmation letters.

• Liaise with insurer and apply for trade credit insurance for customer accounts with credit terms.

• Act as key AR and billing liaison person for overseas shared service centre.
• Check supporting documents to carry out billings to customers.

Requirements:

• Min 1 year relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS software including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Working experience with Letters of Credit is desired
• SAP working experience is preferred
• Communicate with customers and insurer tactfully and professionally.
• Prioritize issues, have sense of urgency and ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable working closely with different departments and shared service centre simultaneously.
