The Programme Executive will oversee and support the administration of government grants for shipping companies' manpower needs. Reporting to the Head of Communications & Membership, this role focuses on organization, communication, and customer service to ensure the programme runs smoothly.

Job Description
• Oversee the manpower grant program, ensuring compliance and efficient execution.
• Conduct company visits and organize events to promote the program.
• Manage inquiries, leads, and relationships with stakeholders.
• Review applications for accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Assist with approvals, claims processing, and fund disbursement.
• Utilize Workforce Singapore’s CCP portal for task management.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration/Customer Service/HR with shipping experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and government portals.
• Strong communication, outreach, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful in solving challenges.
• Collaborative team player with excellent organizational abilities.

Job Title: Indoor Sales Executive (ID8033)
Location: Ubi
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
Salary: $2000 - $3000

Job Description:
• Provide our clients (corporates & consumers) view on product design;
• Assist on quality control on all products before released to clients;
• Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
• Advise/inspire customers with innovation plastic applications/designs as part of the value added service;
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the Fabrication Department;
• Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service teams;
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
• Provide freehand sketching for fabrication workshop to process orders;
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management;
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;

Requirement:
• Relevant sales experience is add-on advantage;
• Passionate about being a sales professional with customer service oriented attitude;
• Knowledge on Coral Draw, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Illustrator will be a plus;

Job Description:
- Promote New company's products and services (Require/need experience in dealing with building & constructing, interior Design & Architect industries)
- Achieve individual sales performance and business objectives set by the Company
- Maintain good rapport with new or existing customers
- Expansion of customer base
- Know Plastic like Acrylic, ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) and PC polycarbonate will be advantage
