• Assist in producing the full set of accounts by keying in transactions in the accounting system, updating balance sheet reconciliations, prepare analysis and reports.

• Assist with the preparation of GST quarterly reports for the Senior Accountant's review

• Assist with the preparaiton of Year End tasks such as the compilation of Unaudited Financial Report

• Assist with adhoc duties

Education And Experience • LCCI/ CAT/ ITE in Accountancy. • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in handling AP matters.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Knowledge in Autocount ERP system

Job Description:
• Responsible for a full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL and month-end closing)
• Responsible for day to day data-processing
• Prepare and submit GST to IRAS quarterly
• Handle monthly reports
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation & attend yearly stock take activity
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register and ledger
• Prepare audit schedules and bank reconciliation
• Assist in cashflow and accounts receivables management
• Handle petty cash claims
• Positive working attitude, independent and willing to learn
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirement:
• Process at least a Graduate Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• Experience in full set accounts knowledge
• Proficient in Accounting Software – ERP
• Strong Excel knowledge and application
• Mature, self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task
• Keen to learn and possess a positive attitude
