Marketing Executive

It is the responsibility of this role to oversee all aspects of product marketing using a variety of tools. This includes maintaining and enhancing current marketing tools utilized by the Company, such as the website and CRM systems. Additionally, the individual in this role will be responsible for creating daily and monthly Company write-ups for newsletters and other marketing materials. Market research will also be essential in order to identify, anticipate, and meet the needs of consumers.

Furthermore, the individual in this role will be required to maintain the Company's branding image, as well as oversee product marketing and the launch of new products in various markets.

Job Descriptions and Duties:

· Gain market insights and business intelligence

· Develop and implement relevant marketing strategy and action plan to promote the company’s product and services

· Implement strategies in an effective and timely manner to achieve results

· Conduct review of strategies and results

· Responsible to extend Company brand awareness; product marketing; public relations; launch of new products; project manage participation in exhibitions and/or conferences and other industry events

· Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as social media, email, and print

· Update and maintain company website

· Conduct market research; publish monthly newsletter

· Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results

· Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing activities and outcomes

· Collaborate with sales team to generate leads and drive revenue growth

Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor in Business Studies or Marketing

· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with business marketing or business development

· Possess initiative and passion for innovation

· Must possess integrity and drive

· Able to work independently

Duties:

1) Delivery of goods to customer

2) Liaison with admin and warehouse team

3) Responsible for cash collections and daily tally

Requirements:

1) 1 year delivery experience

2) N-Level

3) Positive & pleasant demeanour

4) Company uniform to be provided

5) Have Class 3/4 licence

6) 5.5 days work week

Develop a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision

· Understanding Company Products and doing Market Research to identify specific target groups and implement niche marketing strategies

· Grow the social media community

· Implement and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy

· Grow online marketing partners (digital publications or influencers)

· Copywriting and copy editing - Both internal and external marketing materials

· Create and execute highly engaging, Skills and experience in creative content writing

· Cross-platform social media & marketing campaigns (design, call to action and content)

· Manage content - copywriting & design. Handle content schedule and posting of content

· Experience in attaining PR coverage both online and offline

· Simple research work

· Assisting with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

· Social media analytics and ads experience is preferred. Social media management and community managers preferred.

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong written English is a MUST

· Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
