Scope of Services

The key services required are set out as follow:

Infocomm Club CCA Duties

• To support Infocomm Club CCA by providing training to the students on the use of AV equipment and media editing.

Audio-Visual (AV) Duties

• To carry out the work assigned by ICT Manager or HOD/SH ICT, act as the AVA Executive for the school and provide AV technical support for teaching and learning purposes as well as school events, including but not limited to setup of projection, sound system and control room operation.

Event Support Duties

The personnel shall minimally have the following skills:

• Site visit meeting with customer bi-annually to ensure customer satisfaction and gather client's feedback
• Ensure all stocks for the necessities are replenished at all time
• Maintain good relationships with clients
• To adhere to any adhoc jobs required by the company

• To Plan and Assign Trucking Allocations to Ensure Timely Delivery and Cost Effectiveness Trips
• Handling of Day To Day Job Requirement
• Handling of Job Documentation
• Knowledge of PSA Portnet System
• Work Closely with Customer Service to Enjoy Order Fulfilled Within Customer's Expectation

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma Holder and Above with ISO-Tank Handling Experience is Preferred.
• Priority given to applicants with Maritime and Logisitcs Background.
• Good Behaviour and Attitude.
• Good Team Player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Platform.
• Able to Understand, Speak and Write English (Other languages will be additional avantage).
• Training will be provided.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- To support Operation Manager to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control for the entire company’s ongoing projects.

- Coordination between departments from QA/QC, Finance, Engineering, Projects, production, logistic, commercial in local and oversea for smooth operation

- Identifying inefficiencies and areas of improvement

- Resource management

- Any additional tasks out of the above assign by the management

QUALIFICATION:

- Degree/diploma in mechanical/electrical

- Previous HVAC/ACMV experience in Marine/ industry/ land preferred

- Fresh graduate with good working attitude and willing to learn sprit are welcome to apply
