The Accounts Receivable (AR) is responsible for managing customer invoicing, maintaining the AR Ledger, and ensuring timely collection of credit/cash from customers. • Assist to manage employees’ matters in areas of compensation matters, appraisal for annual increment and performance bonus

• Journal entries for payroll, OT, bonus accrual and related

Job Description & Requirements

1. Administrative & Operational support:

• Draft & prepare Letter of Appointment for Temp & Contract/ BPO staff
• Liaise with candidates to finalise LOA signingCollect relevant documents from candidates and upload documents to SharePoint payroll folders
• Responsible for consolidation of weekly and monthly reports for operations needs and generate statistical report as and when required

2. Job Portal Management:

• Post job advertisements on MCI Job Portal
• Respond to candidate’s queries promptly
• Monitor effectiveness of job portal in attracting candidates and escalate significant trends or issues to the Team Lead

3. Candidate Database Management

• Update & validate internal candidate database from other job portals e.g Jobstreet, FastJobs & MCF

4. Payroll Calculation

• Collect and validate attendance records, timesheets, and other payroll inputs.
• Calculate wages for temporary and part-time staff.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing and address basic payroll queries.

5. Other ad hoc duties as assigned
