The Accounts Receivable (AR) is responsible for managing customer invoicing, maintaining the AR Ledger, and ensuring timely collection of credit/cash from customers. Role Overview
The Business Development Executive plays a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the Business Development Manager in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

A) Opportunity Identification & Market Expansion

- Identify new business opportunities and support the company’s strategic goals.

- Monitor market trends to ensure the company remains competitive.

- Assist in the development of business plans and strategies to target specific market segments for business expansion.

B) Client & Relationship Management

-Establish & maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

-Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Assist the Business Development Manager in creating and executing strategies to develop long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.

-Coordinate client feedback and align the company’s offerings with client expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in sales or business development roles, preferably in process industrial sectors.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with refineries, shutdown jobs, and process industries.

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and negotiate contracts.

- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Other Requirements

Willingness travel Jurong Island for client meetings and attend industry events.

You will perform the day-to-day administrative work of all areas of HR operations including payroll and on-boarding activities, administering staff benefits, and any other HR initiatives or projects assigned from time to time.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll process from computation of trip earnings, preparation of payslip and monthly payroll summary report
• Manage and handle employee’s records in Info-Tech System
• Familiar with work pass regulations and processes (Eg: work pass application, renewal and cancellation)
• Preparation of employee contracts and onboarding documents
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
• Respond to employees’ questions about salaries & benefits
• Coordinate benefits administration in the areas of medical claims
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field
• Proficient with local employment laws and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently

• Administrative Support – Admin executives also provide support in various tasks around the office and are the ones that employees turn to in case of grievances and requests. They also ensure that an adequate workforce is always available for the projects.
• Documentation and Recordkeeping – Admin executive qualifications must instill the necessary knowledge in individuals to maintain the necessary records and documents the organization needs. Employee information, project details, etc., are maintained by the administrators. They also maintain records of all the transactions done on behalf of the business.
• Event Planning and Management– Admin executives assist in organizing seminars, workshops, conferences, etc., for the organization. They oversee that such events can happen smoothly without any interruptions.
• Budget Tracking – Admin executives assist the organization in tracking its budgets over various heads, such as events, inventory stocking, etc. They also maintain records of departmental expenses and various cash outflows for the organization.
