Job Purpose

The Accounts Executive is responsible in maintaining updated cash book and unpaid Trade Contractor Certificate of Payment Response (TCCP) / invoice log, update invoice receipt into SUN system and all accounts payable functions. Key Responsibilities

Prerequisites:

Job Description

• To assist Finance Manager to handle Company’s accounts, provide administrative & accounting duties to the Finance Department.
• Generating invoices, bank deposits and official receipt.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Handle communications with clients via phone and email
• Manage cheque receipts, petty cash and deposits
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly intercompany billings.

(A) Specific :

• Handle full set of account and prepare monthly management report on time.
• Review the work of accounts assistant and provide guidance for them.
• Manage the company cash flow by monitoring on the account receivable collection and liaising with the customers.
• Preparation of budget forecast for the company.
• Ensure that all the statutory and tax requirements for the company are met by liaising with various external parties such as auditors and tax agent.
