This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

and administrative duties

1. Handles proactive and preventative maintenance works to the building facilities/ system/ equipment (Example: telephone system, goods hoist lifts system, passenger lifts system, car lift, dumbwaiter, ACMV system, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system etc.). Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the GST registration process for clients, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.
• Prepare and review necessary documentation for GST registration applications.
• Experienced in the process of GST return filing and related compliance matters.
• Liaise with tax authorities and resolve any issues related to GST registration.
• Keep updated with GST law amendments and ensure that clients are compliant.
• Provide support on post-registration matters, including the renewal of GST registration, amendments, and cancellations.

Qualifications:

· Managing, creation of content in marketing materials and collateral, including videos, graphics, and posters in line with brand direction.
