Accounting

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll regularly and work closely with our HR consultant to ensure compliance of Employment Act and taxation policy.
• Responsible for monthly CPF contributions, tax clearance/ annual tax filing by working closely with their HR consultant and Accountant.
• Responsible for yearly AIS submission, ECI filing, assist tax agent on corporate tax filing, support external auditor and headquarters’ auditor during annual audit process.

• Submit report to JP HQ regularly and collaborate with them.

Admin

• Handle all administrative duties relating to HR matters and claims.

• Maintain employee P-file including attendance and leave records
• Handle the onboarding, offboarding, and employee welfare.
• Handle insurance & license renewals (Medical Insurance, Office Insurance & etc)

• Working Days: 5-day, must be able to work retail hours, roster rotation (includes PH, weekends)
• Working Hours: 10.45am – 9pm
• Salary: Junior role - Up to S$ 3,000 // Senior role - Up to S$ 4,000

Job Description:

The Role:

We are looking for a Jewellery Sales Executive. You will be working directly with the customers, providing them product knowledge and effectively selling both the brand and product. You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers.

Responsibilities:

As a sales executive, it is key that you build long term relationships with customers. You are expected to familiarize yourself with the products so as to easily recommend based on the customer’s needs and preferences. You will have to work hand in hand with your sales team and boutique manager to achieve sales targets. You will also be required to perform cashiering duties and follow-up with customers on after sales services. Your duties will include negotiating and closing high value sale and handling any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year retail sales experience required for junior position, prior experience in luxury Jewellery/watch is preferred
2. Knowledge of MS Excel and Word
3. Able to commit to retail hours including weekends and public holidays

Executive/ Senior Executive, Education and Training

Location: Kim Keat Rd (Balestier)

Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Working time: 830am-6pm (Mon-Thurs) ; 830am - 530pm (Fri)
Salary: $3,300 to $4,200

Job Responsible:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the committees under the AMS Deanery and Academic Board;
• Support the promotion of continuing medical education to the specialists;
• Develop and maintain the administrative framework to support postgraduate education programmes in close collaboration with the colleges and chapters of the Academy;
• Conduct examinations, workshops including course;
• Collate and follow up on training and curriculum matters;
• Coordinate projects and track timelines;
• Other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business Administration with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare/education industry;
• Proficient in MS Office with good documentation and administrative skills.
• Experience in dealing with program administrating or examination setting.
• Ability to do minute taking, dealing with doctors and work beyond office hours or weekend.
