Key Responsibilities:

• New Photo Booth & Photography Projects/Products:

1. Assist in executing new photo booth / photography ideas
2. Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Oversee and plan new photo booth installations.

• Photography:

1. Capture high-quality photos during events, ensuring attention to detail and creativity.
2. Operate and maintain photography equipment, ensuring readiness and functionality.
3. Edit and enhance images for client delivery.
4. Assist Marketing Team with photography and videography

• Client Management:

1. Serve as the primary or secondary point of contact for clients during projects.
2. Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Administrative Tasks:

1. Assist in creating a pre-event guide for clients
2. Prepare post-event reports and feedback for internal review.
3. Keep track of photography assets and equipment inventory.
4. Be event crew if shorthanded

Skills & Qualifications

1. Photography Skills - Proficiency with DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and professional lighting equipment.
   Understanding of composition, framing, and color balance.
   Ability to adapt to various lighting conditions and environments.
2. Technical Knowledge - Expertise in camera settings (ISO, aperture, shutter speed).
   Knowledge of photo editing software like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
   
3. Interpersonal Skills - Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and guests.
   Patience and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
   Ability to give clear directions for posed shots.
   
4. Time Management- Efficiently managing time to cover all aspects of an event.
   Punctuality and adherence to tight schedules.
   
5. Creativity - Ability to capture candid and dynamic moments that tell a story.
   Coming up with unique shot compositions and ideas.
   
6. Attention to Detail - Ensuring subjects look their best (e.g., fixing hair, checking for distractions in the background).
   Reviewing shots to ensure proper focus and exposure during the event.
