Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a HR generalist in a construction company and/or hands on experience related to HR (Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Account,etc)

• Min GCE O Level / Diploma holder

• Familiar of MOM rules and regulations is a must

A HR Executive provides administrative support to other human resources professionals related to benefits, hiring, payroll and other key HR areas. Their duties include assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, maintaining accurate employee records and managing internal and external communications for the HR department.

HR Executive serves in a support role for the HR department. They often interact with employees and direct them to the appropriate resources to resolve the HR issues.

Duties and Responsibilties:

- Performing administrative duties such as maintaining employee

Job Description

• Responsible for all Accounts Payable Functions. Ensure accurate posting of supplier invoices, reconcilliation of payable and generate payment vouchers.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable Functions. Ensure accurate posting and reconcilliation of receivables for revenue from online & dine-in.
• Assist in bank reconcilliation, receivables, payments, cash in hand, accruals, and prepayments.
• Assist in preparing monthly and yearly management Profit & Loss reports and meeting slides.
• Assist the Finance Manager in analyzing performance through management P&L reviews and cost management initiatives.
• Write and maintain minutes for management P&L meetings.
• Assist with bank credit facilities applications (trade facilities, overdrafts, and business term loans).
• Liaise with external auditors on year-end audits and statutory report preparation.
• Engage with external stakeholders including suppliers, tax authorities, bankers and outsourced service providers.

• Follows up promptly on government application of foreign worker levy waiver;
• Carries out periodic checking of workers’ passport expiry dates;
• Follows up on foreign worker performance appraisals and updates accordingly;
• Handles worker dormitory matters;
• Follows up on manpower request from project sites through paperwork follow up (manpower requisition form);
• Handles subcontractor billing and back-charging of costs such as workers’ uniforms;
• Handles foreign worker and sub-contractor queries in a timely and effective manner;
• Other duties such as reconciliation of credit card bills by matching the invoices with the receipts before forwarding to Accounts Department;
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
