• Ownership of the Growth, Retention and Profitability of portfolio assigned
• Responsible for preparing & negotiating quotes for all business lines (new business and renewals)
• Handle General Insurance enquiries from clients or business partners on policy matters

Main Responsibilities

• Perform AR Month-end closing tasks (Deferred Revenue, Bank Reconciliation, monthly AR Aging report).
• Various duties and functions, which includes issuing school fees invoices and collection of fees.

What the new job entails:

• Process full cycle payroll, claims, insurance and benefits administration independently.
• Take charge of the HRIS system to maintain employee records, report generation for monthly reporting/ submissions and handle troubleshooting/ administration matters pertaining to the system.
• Execute and provide support for appraisal exercise, performance moderation exercise, compensation projects and participate in initiatives such as salary reviews and bonus calculations.
