Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Minutes of meeting experience and Diploma is a must

1. Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentation and documenting minutes.

2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and professional Administrative Executive to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth client interactions and accurate documentation. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and manage administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Gather, review, and verify necessary documents from clients for submissions.
• Provide clear instructions to clients regarding documentation and timelines.

Administrative Duties:

• Prepare and organize client documents for submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update client records and databases.
• Coordinate schedules and meetings between clients and internal teams.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of client-related paperwork.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are met on time.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or client-facing role. Prior experience in document preparation or business services is an advantage.
• Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Senior / Accounts Executive needed!!!!!

Working Location: Kovan

Salary range: $3200-4000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
• Closing and preparing for full set accounts
• Regulate all purchases by the company
• Verify invoices and process payment
• Verify and update petty cash reports into the accounting system
• Prepare accounts schedules
• Monitor and record payments for agent commissions
• Execute the workplans of the department to realise the department and college objectives
• To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies, procedures and documentation
• Other duties as assigned by Head of Department

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of accounting experience in full set preferred
• Meticulous and with an eye for details
• Ability to work independently
• Able to work with deadlines and under pressure
• Knowledge of Journals, MYOB preferred
