• Prepare payment and receipt in daily basis.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing of ledger systems.
• Preparation of GST report/ monthly management reporting/ bank reconciliation and journal entries.
• Liaise with Operations team on accounting-related matters.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Positive attitude, independent as well as a good team player
• 5 days work (Monday - Friday, 9am – 6pm) at Tiong Bahru area
• Salary $3000 - $3500
