Job Requirements

1. Assist to develop and prepare the schematic design drawings for client’s review and approval and to a stage to enable the other consultants to commence preliminary/detailed design work.
2. Research and propose ‘green’ (environmentally-friendly) concepts in architectural designs, and promulgate use of ‘green’ material and equipment in designs.
3. Assist to liaise with various parties for project requirements
4. Assist to guide the Drafting Office to prepare drawings for the various stages, and to co-ordinate tender drawings /documents.
5. Assist to monitor and guide the Drafting Office on all matters concerning submission to the relevant government authorities for approval and endorsement.
6. Undertake other tasks that may be required by Project Architect in co-ordinating technical matters.
7. Assist Project Architect to prepare, monitor and update the project schedule and submit the schedule to the client for approval.
8. Attend with Project Architect in consultants/site meetings and assist to prepare the minutes of meeting.
9. Assist to co-ordinate the schedule, check and monitor the status of the various competent authorities’ submission/compliance and application.
10. Assist to ensure compliance to the competent authorities’ requirements and preparation of the necessary forms, calculations, letters and documents in other forms.

Handling administrative matters related to daily operations and business development are some duties expected of an Operations Executive. This individual also has a say in human resources functions such as recruitment, training and compensation. Preparing reports for management to review is part of the job scope.

Job Summary

This role responsible for inventory management and inventory control in Accounting System and Warehouse.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Company’s inventory management and maintenance.

2. Responsible for monitoring stock movements and maintenance at third party locations.

3. Responsible for managing the physical loading, unloading, storage of inventory and picking / packing when required.

4. Ensure compliance with inventory control processes with respect to movement of stock, item planning and control, re-order level, monitoring of non-moving items, timely discarding of approved scrap items.

5. Responsible for appropriate classification, segregation and maintenance of stock in designated areas.

6. Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained, referenced and filed.

7. Ensure compliance with inventory related updating in Accounting System.

8. Responsible for periodic stock taking, updating and reporting to all stakeholders.

9. Ensure proper co-ordination and communication with teams across all Company locations.

10. Responsible for timely identification of inventory variances, reporting and maintenance of records for variances.

11. Responsible for introducing appropriate procedures for control lapse if any.

12. Responsible for daily & monthly MIS reports to the stakeholders on regular basis and as per the requests by the concerned department as and when required.

13. Responsible for safe handling of inventory.

14. Additional duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

-Min Diploma or Degree

-Min 1 year working experience in related field

-prior experience in inventory management would be at advantage but not a must

-Possess knowledge of Microsoft excel
