· Process AR Receipts in ERP system, follow up on Debtors aging, perform intercompany confirmation at month end.

· Initiate process improvement ideas via automation tools.

· Participate in any testing of new project.

· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

· Accounting experience handling month end close and willing to do hand on accounting transaction work.

· IT savvy and well-versed in Microsoft office applications

· Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and organisational skill

· Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work autonomously.

· Service oriented, able to provide a very high level of service to internal customers.

· Meticulous and attentive with details

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing of accounts
• Prepare financial and statutory reports in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards
• Perform reconciliations
• Ensure tax compliance and perform tax submissions (Corporate Tax, GST submission etc)
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents etc

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge in IFRS principles.
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
