Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
   Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
   
   
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
   Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
   
3. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
   
   
4. Process Improvement: Review and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
   Implement and maintain accounting software and systems.
   
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
   Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, if applicable.
   

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Experience in the management and consultation industry is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
