Your Responsibilities Include

Technical Skills

Responsibilities

• Implement clinic service SOP and improve patients service quality to meet customer satisfaction
• Execute the process of providing TCM services in the company
• Liaise with clinic managers to monitor clinic overall management and track sales performance
• Ensure smooth running of clinic operations
• Handle, resolve and communicate complaints and incidents
• Execute all company’s therapists related matters including but not limited to: Roster/schedule/conduct/performance
• Plan therapists training and skillset assessment
• Any ad hoc duties assigned according to business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in TCM / Spa / Western Clinic / Aesthetic / related field
• Min Diploma / Degree in any field
• Good organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

• Approve proposed ratings for manning offices (excluding Petty Officer).
• Review and validate invoices and disbursements (excluding travel expenses).
• Assist with tasks concerning seafarers, if assigned.
• Collaborate with vessels and manning agents to plan crew relief and maintain a 90-day planner.
• Verify qualifications and documents of sea personnel candidates per recruitment criteria.
• Ensure compliance with STCW Convention and Flag State regulations for crew joining or sailing ships.
• Fulfill Flag State documentation requirements with manning agents.
• Monitor validity of officers’ and crew’s licenses and documents.
• Coordinate crew change activities with relevant parties.
• Obtain owner approval for any necessary candidates.
• Maintain updated records of crew lists and sea staff.
• Update crew matrix for tanker vessels.
• Arrange officer briefings via video/audio-link or in-person at specified locations.
• Verify invoices from port agents and the Statement of General Expense (SGA).
• Manage crew travel arrangements (CTM).
• Perform additional assigned ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effective communication across all management levels.
• Exhibit proficiency in negotiation, leadership, and management.
• Hold a minimum of a Degree in a Marine-related field.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the marine/shipping industry in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

· Sell our products and/or services to local, B2C & overseas clients

· Ensure proper documentation and packaging for overseas shipment

· Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

· Handle customer feedback & complaints

· Maintain records of all sales leads, activity, order history and pricing

· Submitting monthly forecasting report to purchaser

· Generate sales report for submission to management

· Sales coordination including assisting sales team to arrange customers appointment, handling urgent calls, sales emails and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.

· Handling orders by phone, email, SMS or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, MOQ.

· Inputting orders to company’s system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Preferred knowing in Japan culture, as required speaking and writing in Japanese with Japanese customer.

· Preferred lady as required speak with Lady Japanese customer.

· Willing to work independently and initiative

· Able to touch pork & beef meat.

· Well-developed phone manners and high comfort level in initiating conversations is essential

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare full set of Shipping Documentation for ocean import/export shipments (i.e Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, Insurance Documents, etc)

· Maintain communications with internal and external parties and control through all phases of the journey of the shipment

· Responsible for order/data accuracy and quality in Elite Digital System and SAP

· Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedure

· Ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations
