Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Marketing and CRM Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies and manage customer relationships to drive business growth and brand loyalty for our brand.

• The successful candidate will lead marketing and CRM campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our brand

• Optimize CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and loyalty

• Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, and Communications) to align marketing strategies with business objectives

• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and media outlets

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications

• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and tools, making recommendations for their adoption and implementation

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and CRM, with a focus on luxury or high-performance brands

• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and CRM strategies. Meticulous and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset

• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools (e.g. Salesforce)

• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Plan and execute risk-based process audits and ensure timely completion of audit assignments according to the annual audit plan.

2. Assess adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and compliance with policies and procedures.

3. Gather relevant audit evidence and document in audit working papers to support audit findings and conclusion.

4. Identify control gaps and make practicable recommendations to mitigate risks, improve the processes and strengthen the internal controls.

5. Prepare draft audit report and communicate with process owners and key stakeholders on audit findings and recommended action plan.

6. Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendation and agreed action plan.

7. Engage internal stakeholders for process improvements and control enhancements. 8. Any other duties as and when reasonably assigned by the Management

REQUIREMENTS

 Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.

 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in internal audit and/or financial, operational, compliance audit.

 Good knowledge of internal control and risk assessment framework.

 Meticulous self-starter with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build good working relationship with all levels of stakeholders.

 Good team player with the ability to work independently and to meet timeline.

 Knowledge and experience with Audit Analytics Software will be an added advantage.

 Entry Level with keen interest to establish a career in internal auditing are welcome to apply

Mon To Fri 9am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Achieve workshop turnover targets by effectively utilizing resources, including staff, equipment, tools, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Technical/Training Department to assess technician training needs, create development plans, and ensure new technicians complete necessary e-Learning within probation.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction by performing random quality audits on technician work.
• Properly manage scrap parts storage and arrange timely disposal.
• Adhere to warranty procedures as per guidelines, ensuring compliance in factory hours and FRU allocation.
• Review recurring technical, product, and quality issues regularly, coordinating with the Technical Department to resolve them.
• Conduct staff performance appraisals and counseling sessions to support improvement and achieve monthly sold hours targets.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Nitec in Automotive Technology (light Vehicle) or higher educational level
• Certification of Motors Trade Industry is preferred
