The Accounts Officer is responsible for processing credit application, invoicing, debt collection, account receivable cashiering, reconciliation and month end requirement. He/ She must ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various debtor accounts and ensure they are posted on a timely basis. Accounts Receivable Duties

City Ledger:

· To assess the customer's credit worthiness by research through various available sources and to recommend credit approval or disapproval to the Management.

· In the AR module, set up AR accounts for newly approved credits and ensure creditors’ details are correct at all times.

Credit Cards:

Month End:

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

The Role

The Head of Strategic Accounts APAC is a critical sales leadership role with continued responsibility for the APAC team for Fastmarkets across mid-tier accounts and customers.

The right candidate will have a track record in developing, coaching and training teams of account managers to deliver against specific goals and KPI’s relevant to their sales tier. This senior position will support our customer strategies and go-market approach throughout APAC whilst also acting as a day-to-day go-to leader for all Account Managers in the region.

Principal Accountabilities

As the Head of Strategic Accounts, you will be accountable for delivery in the following areas;

• Full ownership and accountability for the development and growth of your Fastmarkets Strategic Accounts
• Understanding and continued support of long-term price adoption across the respective commodity portfolio
• Work with sales enablement to deliver a challenger-based sales process that underpins the growth strategy
• Identification and mitigation to key risks to ensure protection of your Strategic account book
• Weekly, monthly and annual forecasting with 95%+ levels of accuracy
• Hiring, development and retention of a large, global and diverse sales team
• Responsible for sales training of the team, expected to develop high potential sales staff in other areas of the business to ensure a pipeline of future Strategic Account Managers
• Working directly with Customer Success to drive continued adoption of Fastmarkets pricing and embedding of Fastmarkets data in customer workflow
• Work directly with Sales Operations to ensure the team is run by an accurate data driven approach to sales performance
• Full and seamless integration of new acquisitions into the Fastmarkets Strategic Accounts Team
