The Role

The skilled tax professional to provide comprehensive local income tax will support their team in spanning acquisitions, construction, operations, corporate finance, leasing, and accounting. This role involves coordinating with local tax advisors to manage tax compliance, including gathering required information, reviewing tax returns, and ensuring timely, accurate filings and payments. You will liaise with local tax authorities on notices, elections, and assessments while collaborating with internal and external teams to maintain tax and legal structures, ensuring alignment of legal documents and financial records. Your Profile

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with professional certification being a plus. They should bring a minimum of 7 years of combined public and corporate tax experience, preferably including Big 4 exposure and familiarity with US GAAP tax accounting principles. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this position is accountable for the provision of financial & regulatory reporting of AIAIM in accordance to the applicable accounting policies, standards and guidelines. Additionally, this Senior Manager will assist the Head of Finance (HOF) to manage financial governance & control documents and support HOF as the business partner to the CEO, EXCO and Senior Leadership Team of AIAIM and Holdco.

Responsibilities:-

1) Finance Governance and Control

• Review AIAIM monthly and quarterly group and regulatory reporting deliverables
• Assist HOF to monitor and ensure regulatory compliance with MAS’s Risk Base Capital framework requirements, as well as S13U and FSI-FM Incentive Grant for solvency and capital purposes
• Assist HOF to monitor outsourced finance functions and ensure it is according to the MAS, Group and AIAIM outsourcing guidelines and policies
• Lead Group Finance project deliverables to ensure enhancement efficiency and regulatory changes
• Develop and update Business Process Manuals (BPM) relating to the Finance Department according to ICFR and other internal control requirements (ISAE3402). To assist as coordinator of ICFR and ensuring BPMs and internal control matrices are in place

4) Business Continuity and Succession Planning

• Act as the departmental alternate BCP officer to ensure that related BCP drills pertaining to systems etc are performed accordingly and that relevant BCP documentation is updated
• Mentoring and coaching any assigned direct/indirect reports for smooth BAU continuation and eventual future career deliverables

Requirements

• University Degree in Accountancy or Internationally Recognized Accounting Qualification (ACCA, etc)

D. TRADE OPERATIONS EXECUTION

· Managing and ensuring contractual quantity, quality and delivery date range are strictly adhered to.

· Liaise with counterparties (Trading/Shipbrokers/Owners/Terminal/Agents/Surveyors) to manage vessel nominations/acceptances, voyage/discharge orders, stowage planning, loading/ discharging berth schedules and operations, surveyor appointments, documentary and discharging instructions including discharging Letter of Indemnity (LOI), Heating requests etc)

· Managing In-Tank Transfer operations, Inter-Tank Transfer purchase and sale with counterparties and terminals.

· Working closely with Trader, surveyors and terminals in planning and managing inter tank transfer nominations from counterparties.

· Good knowledge and experience in handling cargo loss control issues, on ship and in tank.

· Ensuring all ops related invoices such as freight, inspection costs, agency and port costs etc are verified and processed for payments in a timely manner.

About our Client

Our client is a homegrown Singaporean luxury jewellery brand looking to expand their reach outside of Singapore. With an initial focus on the London, Paris and US markets, our client aims to expand their global presence and enhance their brand identity. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of key markets. This position requires a strategic thinker with a background in the jewellery industry and experience working with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Strategic Planning: Engage with partner agencies to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the brand's goals and resonate with London, Paris and the US target audiences.

● Campaign Execution: Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email, and events, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

● Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis, providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global product development, sales, and creativity teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

● 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the jewellery industry.

● Proven experience working with global teams, focusing on the London and US markets.

● Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a client journey specialist, you will be part of the journey to help clients diversify their portfolios, manage their risk, and increase their risk weighted returns. You will be directly responsible for understanding market dynamics and creating content, initiatives and campaigns to inspire clients to enhance their risk-weighted returns in a Timely, Relevant, Engaging and Actionable (TREA) manner.

Also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, and product development, to ensure that content supports and enhances the company's aspirations in promoting ethical investing practices, regulatory compliance, and customer empowerment.

- Client Events: Prepare and coordinate physical events to help build out our brand, and help clients to understand market dynamics and the risks and opportunities that it brings.

Championing Key Values: Championing a culture of integrity, transparency, and customer-centricity within the content team, reflecting the company's aspirations to foster trust, empower investors, and promote responsible financial decision-making.

- Copywriting: Cover copywriting for all articles written locally, any content written by regional as well as HQ, Quarterly Outlooks. All the press releases and any content is published publicly on social media and the company’s trading platforms.

Skills Required:

· University Degree – Finance, Science or Engineering preferred

· Strong understanding of global markets, trading products, and regulatory considerations.

· Proven track record with financial content creation, campaign management, and client engagement within trading or financial markets.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex financial concepts into accessible and actionable insights.

· Prior experience of handling content writing for FX, CFDs, Equities, ETFs, Derivatives CFDs, Options, Futures is highly desired to succeed in this role

· Data-driven with an analytical mindset, experienced in performance tracking to continuously improve engagement.

· You are motivated by working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with ambitious goals.

· Collaborative team player with experience working across departments to create effective, compliant, and client-focused content.
